We use our BBQ rig for large fairs and festivals. Check the Info and News page for our event schedule, we hope to add some events this year, but still waiting to hear confirmation from event organizers. This is our original roaster used for all of our pig roasting. We've had as many as five pigs roasting at the same time - now that's some party - we provided the pigs for a company picnic with about 2,000 people in attendance!
